All of my listing clients get a Color “home book” providing buyers additional information and color pictures.  This "home book" is made available inside the house for buyers who come in and tour your home. 

At the end of a long day of house hunting, the buyers will remember YOUR house when they leaf back through the home book and find many color pictures of your house, featured information about your house, upgrades you have done to the house, floor plans, surveys, disclosure statements, and more.

People driving by your home will be able to inquire about making an appointment to see your home via the for sale sign in the yard.  In addition, I always place a brochure box in the front yard with single page brochures detailing your homes primary features.
